The RI58-O/500AK.42TD is a compact 58mm diameter incremental rotary encoder designed for industrial motion feedback in machine tools, CNC axes, packaging machinery, motors/drives, and injection molding equipment. This encoder delivers 500 pulses per revolution with up to 40,000 steps and high signal accuracy, making it suitable for precision speed and distance measurement applications. Operating across a wide temperature range of ?10°C to +70°C with protection class IP64/IP65, the unit withstands shock loads up to 1000 m/s² (6 ms) and features a solid 10 mm stainless steel shaft. The encoder accepts supply voltages from 10 to 30 V DC with a maximum pulse frequency of 200 kHz (push-pull output) and integrates M23 or M12 connector options for flexible installation in existing industrial systems.
