The Horner Automation HE-XPLWE3-44 is a 7-inch XLW Prime all-in-one OCS (operator control station) configured with SAE J1939 preloaded and CsCAN removed, combining PLC logic, HMI, I/O, and networking in a single panel-mount unit. This model provides 12 DC inputs, 12 DC outputs, 2 x 12-bit analog inputs. The XLW Prime runs a 1 MB logic engine at a 0.02 mS/K scan on a non-volatile system-on-module, so the only battery is a coin cell for the clock.

Direct successor to the discontinued HE-EXLWE3-44. Existing Cscape applications transfer to the XLW Prime without redevelopment.

12 DC inputs, 12 DC outputs, 2 x 12-bit analog inputs. Four DC inputs support high-speed counting and two DC outputs support PWM or pulse-train output, expandable over CsCAN, Ethernet, or Modbus with SmartBlock, SmartStix, SmartRail, and OCS-I/O.
