Leuze BCB G30 H25 L050 bar code tape is a standard tape designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i bar code positioning systems. It features a 25 mm height x 50 m length with 30 mm grid dimension, acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness), and matte polyester surface protection. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, scratch, UV, wipe, and partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), with operational temperature range of -40 to 120°C and full curing in 72 h on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. Apply at 045°C, ideally 1025°C, for reliable performance in industrial environments requiring high abrasion and environmental resistance.
