Leuze BCB G30 H25 L130 bar code tape is a standard tape designed for precise positioning in Leuze bar code positioning systems including BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series. It features a 25 mm height, 130 m length, and 30 mm grid dimension, with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface; full curing requires 72 hours at recommended processing temperatures of 1025°C. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, partial chemical resistance to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit, plus operational temperature range of -40 to 120°C and resistance to humidity and salt spray fog.
