Leuze BCB G30 H47 L090 is a standard self-adhesive bar code tape designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems, featuring a 30 mm grid dimension and 47 mm tape height with a total length of 90 meters. It provides millimeter-accurate position feedback for Leuze BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems, enabling reliable operation over extended travel paths up to 10 km when combined in series. The tape exhibits high durability with moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance; operates from -40 to 120 °C; uses acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface; and features digital printing with matte polyester surface protection.
