The Leuze BCB G30 H25 L090 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems, compatible with BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems. It features a 30 mm grid dimension, 25 mm height, and 90 m length, with an acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) that requires 72 hours curing on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, scratch, UV, wipe, and partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), with operational temperature range of -40 to 120°C and processing temperature of 0 to 45°C (recommended 10 to 25°C).
