Leuze BCB G30 H47 L110 bar code tape features a 30 mm grid dimension and 47 mm height, designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with an acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) on a clean, dry, smooth, grease-free base surface. It operates in ambient temperatures from -40 to 120 °C, with processing from 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10 to 25 °C) and 72-hour curing time; chemical resistance covers diesel oil, heptane, and white spirit at 23 °C over 24 hours, plus humidity and salt spray fog (150 h/5%).
