The Leuze BCB G30 H25 L110 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i bar code positioning systems. It features a 30 mm grid dimension, 25 mm height, and 110 m length, with digital printing on polyester substrate protected by a matte surface and acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness). The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with operational temperature range of -40 to 120 °C and compatibility with clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces; curing requires 72 hours.
