The Leuze BCB G30 H47 L130 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems, featuring a 30 mm grid dimension, 47 mm height, and 130,000 mm length. It uses acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface, with a polyester matt surface protection and digital printing process requiring 72-hour curing. Key mechanical properties include moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (e.g., diesel oil, heptane, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance, supporting operational ambient temperatures from -40°C to 120°C and processing from 0°C to 45°C (recommended 1025°C). Compatible with Leuze BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems, it offers additional resistance to humidity and salt spray fog (150 h/5%), making it suitable for demanding manufacturing environments like conveyor tracking and robotic positioning.
