The Leuze BCB G40 H25 L100 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in BPS 300i series and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems. It features a 25 mm height, 100 m length, and 40 mm grid dimension, with self-adhesive acrylate backing (0.1 mm strength) on a polyester matt surface for reliable application on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with operational temperature range of -40 to 120 °C and chemical resistance to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit after 72-hour curing.
