Leuze BCB G30 H25 L100 bar code tape is a standard tape designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems. It features a 25 mm height, 100 m length, and 30 mm grid dimension, with digital printing on polyester surface protected by a matte finish and acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness). The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, scratch, UV, wipe, and partial chemical resistance (diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), plus temperature resistance from -40°C to 120°C for operation and 045°C processing (recommended 1025°C). Apply to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces with 72-hour curing time; suitable for industrial automation applications requiring reliable bar code track positioning.
