The Leuze BCB G40 H25 L110 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in the BPS 300i series bar code positioning systems. It features a 25 mm height, 110 m length, and 40 mm grid dimension, with mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance. The tape uses acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface, with a polyester matt surface protection, operational temperature range of -40 to 120 °C, and requires 72-hour curing after application at 1025 °C recommended processing temperature.
