The Leuze BCB G40 H25 L130 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in the BPS 300i series bar code positioning systems. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, 25 mm height, and 130 m length (25 mm x 130,000 mm), with an acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) that cures in 72 hours on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical (diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, plus tolerance for -40 to 120 °C ambient temperatures and salt spray fog (150 h/5%), making it suitable for demanding industrial environments such as conveyor tracking and automated guided vehicles.
