Leuze BCB G40 H25 L200 bar code tape is a standard positioning tape designed for use with BPS 300i series and BPS 8 series bar code positioning systems. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, 25 mm height, and 200 m length, with digital printing on polyester surface protected by a matte polyester layer and acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness). The tape offers robust mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, wipe resistance, and operational temperature range of -40 to 120°C; apply to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces with 72 h curing at recommended processing temperatures of 1025°C.
