The Leuze BCB G30 H25 L200 is a standard bar code tape with dimensions 25 mm height x 200 m length and a 30 mm grid dimension, designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems. It features acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface, with polyester matt surface protection, offering moisture, partial chemical (diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch, UV, wipe, and salt spray resistance (150 h/5%). Compatible with BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems, it operates in -40 to 120 °C ambient temperatures (processing 0 to 45 °C, recommended 10 to 25 °C) using digital printing, with 72 h curing time.
