The Leuze CRT648-60/L44-M12 is a high-precision color sensor from the CRT 648 series, designed for reliable detection of up to seven colors via comparison to stored reference values, with distance-independent operation up to 60 mm. It features a large LC display for intuitive setup, keypad operation, gloss suppression, and IO-Link interface for remote configuration, timer functions, object counting, and diagnostics. Housed in a rugged die-cast zinc cubic enclosure (25 x 50 x 50.5 mm) with PMMA lens cover, it offers IP67/IP69 protection and ECOLAB certification for harsh environments like food packaging inspection and sorting.
