The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-M1-102-R3-P is a stationary camera-based 2D code reader with medium-density M-optics, polarization filter, and 1280 x 960 pixel monochrome sensor resolution, optimized for reading 1D, stacked, and 2D codes (e.g., Code 128, EAN, ECC200, QR, GS1 DataBar) at distances of 50 to 220 mm with object speeds up to 7 m/s. It features a compact cubic design (43 x 61 x 44 mm), IP65 protection, 18-30 V DC supply (nominal 30 V), one digital input and one output (NPN, up to 100 mA), and interfaces including RS-232/RS-422 (4,800-115,200 Bd) via A-coded 12-pin M12 connector plus Ethernet via D-coded 4-pin M12, with integrated red LED illumination, green feedback LED, and webConfig tool for setup. Suitable for packaging machines, handling, and testing systems, it supports mounting via rear/side threads or optional brackets, polarity reversal/short-circuit protection, and operation from 0 to 50 °C.
