The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-M1-102-R3 is a stationary camera-based 2D code reader designed for reliable detection of 1D barcodes, stacked codes, DataMatrix, and GS1 DataBar family codes, featuring a monochrome camera with 1280 x 960 pixel resolution, M1 medium-density optics for reading distances of 50220 mm, and module sizes from 0.190.5 mm. It operates on 1830 V DC with 8 W average power consumption, includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection, one digital switching input, one MOSFET switching output (max. 100 mA, +24 V), and 2 selectable I/Os, with interfaces via RS 232/RS 422 (4.8115.2 kBd) on A-coded 12-pin M12 connector and Ethernet on D-coded 4-pin M12. The IP67-rated diecast aluminum housing (120 g) integrates red LED illumination, electronic shutter (0.0685 ms), 10 status LEDs including green feedback and bar graph for read quality, two control buttons, and webConfig tool for setup; mounting via M4 threads on rear/side.
