The Patlite GF7-48N-Y is a ruggedized rotating warning beacon that uses sequential LED control to simulate smooth 360° rotation without moving parts eliminating motor wear and dramatically extending service life compared to traditional mechanical rotating beacons. The Ø68mm amber beacon operates at 48V DC via voltage-input wireleads, targeting construction equipment, heavy machinery, and material handling where a 48V DC system is standard. The IP69K housing (IP6X/IPX6 per IEC 60529, IPX9K per ISO 20653) withstands high-pressure/high-temperature washdown, dust, and water ingress, with vibration endurance of approximately 110 m/s², shock tolerance to 1,000 m/s² (11 ms), and an operating range of 40°C to +85°C. Maximum power consumption is roughly 5.8W. The low-profile design enables mounting in tight spaces where a conventional rotating beacon won't fit, and the four-screw footprint accepts the optional GL-001 magnet bracket for drill-free installation. EMC ISO 13766-1 and ISO 16750 compliant.
