Part number decoded: CDQ2 = CQ2 double acting, A = A-type, 32 = 32mm bore, 40 = 40mm stroke, DCM = cushion with M modification, Z = auto-switch groove, M9NVLS = pre-mounted NPN auto-switch with V voltage, L lead, and S short bracket for tight-space mounting.

The DCM cushion with M modification absorbs end-of-stroke impact while providing a specific internal configuration optimized for the secondary battery environment. At approximately 48N through 40mm, this offers a versatile mid-range CQ2 for moderate-force, moderate-reach tasks. The M9NVLS switch's S short bracket keeps the sensing package compact, critical in densely packed cell assembly stations where multiple cylinders operate in close proximity.
