Supplied without cushion or auto-switch for the lowest acquisition cost.
At approximately 471N through 50mm of uncushioned stroke, this provides maximum CQ2 force with moderate travel at the lowest cost. Without internal cushioning, external shock absorbers or hard stops are recommended to manage the significant piston kinetic energy at 100mm bore. The 50mm stroke provides more reach than the 30mm DCM variant, suited for applications where the tool must clear the workpiece before pressing.
Applied on heavy-duty battery pack frame pressing fixtures, large-format module side-compression tooling, electrode roll handling chuck clamps, prismatic cell final-inspection contact presses, and formation station multi-cell stack clamping. Choose the base DZ unit to minimize cost when external cushioning is already present or when switches will be field-added later. For DCM cushion at this bore, the CDQ2B100-30DCMZ provides 30mm cushioned. For auto-switch, add M9NL/M9BWL suffixes. For 125mm bore, the CDQ2B125 provides higher force. RoHS compliant.
