Part number decoded: CDQ2 = CQ2 double acting, B = B-type, 200 = 200mm bore, 175 = 175mm stroke, DCM = cushion with M modification, Z = auto-switch groove. Base unit without auto-switch.
At 200mm bore the CQ2 generates approximately 1,885N at 0.6 MPa through 175mm of DCM-cushioned stroke nearly two kilonewtons of pneumatic force in a compact cylinder footprint. This force level replaces small hydraulic presses in applications where hydraulic fluid contamination risk is unacceptable. The DCM cushion is mandatory. The B-type mount provides the heavy-duty bolting pattern required for this massive bore.
