The ABB Sentry USR22P Safety Relay is a versatile and advanced safety solution designed for monitoring a wide range of safety devices, including those with contacts, OSSD outputs, two-hand devices, safety mats, and safety edges/bumpers. It features relay outputs with 2NO+2 delayable NO and operates on a +24VDC power supply, utilizing push-in spring terminals for easy installation.
This safety relay is equipped with a high-precision timer function, offering settings from 0 to 999 seconds with an accuracy better than 1%. It supports various timing functions such as OFF-delay, ON-delay, Time bypass, and Time reset, providing flexibility for different safety applications. The front display enhances user experience by simplifying configuration and troubleshooting, displaying error codes and logs, and allowing for password-protected custom configurations.
The Sentry USR22P is suitable for safety applications up to PLe / SIL3, offering both manual and automatic reset options. Its high output current capacity of up to 6 A eliminates the need for an intermediary contactor, and the multi-reset feature allows up to 10 safety relays to be connected to a single reset light-button. Available with detachable push-in or screw terminals, this safety relay is designed for ease of use and adaptability, with additional accessories like terminals and coding kits for marking removed terminals.
