The ABB MS165-20 Manual Motor Starter is a robust and compact solution designed for motor protection up to 45 kW (400 V) or 80 A, with a width of just 55 mm. It provides reliable protection against overload and phase failure, featuring a trip class 10. In the event of a short-circuit, a separate window offers clear fault indication. This device includes a built-in disconnect function, temperature compensation, a trip-free mechanism, and a rotary handle with a clear switch position indication. Suitable for both three- and single-phase applications, the handle is lockable to prevent unauthorized adjustments. Additionally, auxiliary contacts, signaling contacts, undervoltage releases, shunt trips, and power in-feed blocks are available as accessories, compatible across the MS116/MS132/MS165 range.
