Unlike separate timers, this compact solution is front-mounted and securely locked onto AF, AFC contactors, or NF, NFC contactor relays, ensuring a neat and efficient setup. It features a mechanical indicator to display the contactor's state, enhancing operational transparency. The TEF4-OFF connects directly to the coil terminals A1 - A2 of the contactor or contactor relay via a plug-in parallel connection, simplifying installation and reducing wiring costs. An integrated varistor provides built-in protection against surges in the contactor coil, safeguarding your system. With a broad control voltage range of 24...240 V AC/DC, the TEF4-OFF supports time-delayed functions up to 100 seconds across three distinct time ranges, independent of the control system. Users can easily select the time delay range with a switch and fine-tune the delay using a rotary switch. The timing function is activated by opening the device on which the timer is mounted, and the OFF-delay version operates without the need for additional control supply, making it a reliable and efficient choice for various applications.
