The ABB PSR105-600-11 PSR Softstarter is a compact and efficient solution designed for applications requiring frequent starts and stops. With a rated operational current of up to 105 A and an operational voltage range of 208 to 600 V AC, this softstarter is ideal for small three-phase motors. It features a two-phase control for smooth soft start and stop, utilizing a voltage ramp to minimize mechanical stress and energy loss. The built-in bypass ensures easy installation and energy efficiency at full speed. The control supply voltage is flexible, supporting both 24 V AC/DC and 100 to 240 V AC. The PSR105-600-11 is equipped with a RUN and TOR signal relay output in a normally open state, and its start/stop ramp and time can be easily adjusted using three front-facing potentiometers. Compatible with ABB's manual motor starters, it offers mechanical connection kits and optional Fieldbus communication via an external adaptor. This softstarter is perfect for space-constrained installations and is commonly used in pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors, managing up to 100 starts per hour.
