Description

Baumer CFAM 18P1600/S14 10236459 is a cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm, adjustable from 2 to 8 mm. It features flush mounting, a GND electrode, and a temperature drift of ±15% between +10 and +70 °C. The sensor offers sensitivity adjustment via a 12-turn potentiometer and includes a yellow LED output indicator. It operates contactlessly and can detect non-conductive media, making it suitable for fill level detection through containers and object detection in bulk goods. It does not allow liquids in direct contact. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA when unloaded.
