Description
The Baumer CFAM 30P3600 10119706 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded capacitive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm, adjustable from 4 to 15 mm. It features a brass nickel-plated housing, measuring 30 mm in diameter and 71 mm in length. This sensor is equipped with a potentiometer for sensitivity adjustment, a yellow LED output indicator, and can detect non-conductive media and bulk goods without direct contact with liquids. It operates on a 10 to 30 VDC supply, with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA, and supports a PNP break function (NC) output circuit with a maximum output current of 200 mA. The sensor includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection, operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C, and is rated IP 65 for protection against dust and water. Ideal for fill level detection through containers, it connects via a 2-meter cable.
