Description
The Baumer CFDK 25G3125/LN6 11092585 is a non-flush, contactless capacitive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm. It features a rectangular PA 12 housing measuring 25 mm x 52.4 mm x 6 mm and includes a 2-meter PVC cable for connections. This sensor operates within a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 15 mA. It offers an active low output function with a push-pull output circuit and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. The sensor is equipped with LED red output indication, short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -25 to +75 °C. It is designed for detecting non-conductive media and bulk goods, but is not suitable for fill level detection through containers or for liquids in direct contact. The switching frequency is 35 Hz, and it has a voltage drop of less than 3 VDC. The sensor is IP 65 rated, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water.
