Description
Baumer CFDK 30P3600 10241218 is a flush-mounted, capacitive sensor with an adjustable nominal sensing distance of 4 to 15 mm. It features a GND electrode and offers a temperature drift of ±15% within a temperature range of +10 to +70 °C. The sensor is equipped with a 15-turn potentiometer for sensitivity adjustment and a yellow LED output indicator. It operates contactlessly and can detect non-conductive media, making it suitable for fill level detection through containers without direct contact with liquids. It also supports object detection for bulk goods. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA when no load is present. It includes a PNP break function (NC) output circuit with an output current of 200 mA and a voltage drop of less than 1.5 VDC. The switching frequency is 50 Hz, and it features short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The rectangular housing is made of PBT, measuring 30 mm in width and 65 mm in length, with a 2-meter cable connection.
