Description
The Baumer FEDK 10P5101/S35A 10131284 is a through beam sensor designed for precise object detection with an actual range of 5 meters and a nominal range of 6 meters. This receiver unit features a flashing light and LED yellow indicator for alignment and lens soiling status. It offers easy sensitivity adjustments via a 270° potentiometer and boasts a quick response time of less than 1.4 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, it consumes a typical 16 mA with a maximum voltage drop of 1.8 VDC. The sensor supports both light and dark operating modes with a PNP output circuit and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. It includes safety features such as short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The compact, rectangular design measures 10.4 mm in width, 27 mm in height, and 14 mm in depth, with a durable plastic (ASA) housing and PMMA front optics.
