Baumer FFAK 17NTD1001/L 10222883 is a liquid level sensor equipped with a pulsed infrared diode light source and operates at a nominal pressure of 10 bar at the probe tip. It features a yellow LED output indicator and has a fixed sensitivity. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 15 mA when unloaded and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. It provides a normally open (NO) output function through an NPN output circuit and can handle an output current of up to 200 mA. This model does not include short circuit protection but does offer reverse polarity protection from Vs to GND. The sensor has a cylindrical design with dimensions of 30 mm in width/diameter and 81 mm in height/length, and it is threaded with G 3/8". Both the sensing device and housing are made of polysulphone. It includes a 3-pin, 2-meter cable for connections and operates within a temperature range of 0 to +65 °C. The sensor is rated at IP 67 for protection against ingress.
