
The Baumer FSF 050A2004 10215117 is a through-beam type fiber optic sensor with a smooth sensing head and a fine sleeve. It features a cylindrical smooth fiber optic head made of aluminum, measuring 1.5 mm in width and 25 mm in length. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 to +250 °C and has an actual range of 450 mm. It is designed with a 60° exit angle and is compatible with infrared light at 1450 nm. The fiber optic cable, made of glass, is 50 cm long with a cross section of 1 mm² and is encased in a brass chromium-plated jacket with a diameter of 4 mm.
