The Baumer FSF 100A2002 10210324 is a through-beam type fiber optic sensor with a smooth sensing head. It features an actual range of 860 mm and is designed with a cylindrical smooth fiber optic head. The sensor operates effectively within a temperature range of -25 to +250 °C and has an exit angle of 60°. Notably, it is compatible with infrared light at 1450 nm. The dimensions of the head are 4 mm in width/diameter and 24 mm in height/length, constructed from aluminum. The fiber optic cable, made of glass, measures 100 cm in length and has a cross section of 2 mm². The cable jacket, made from brass chromium plated, has a diameter of 5 mm. The bending radius is 15 mm when fixed and 30 mm when mobile. This sensor does not support shortening of the fiber optics, nor does it integrate or adapt lenses.
