The Baumer FUE 050A2011 is a diffuse type fiber optic sensor with a smooth sensing head and a sensing distance of 115 mm. It features a cylindrical smooth fiber optic head made of aluminum, measuring 4 mm in width and 24 mm in length. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 to +70 °C and has an exit angle of 60°. It is compatible with infrared light at 1450 nm but does not support adaptable or integrated lenses. The fiber optic cable, made of glass, is 50 cm long with a cross section of 2 mm² and a PUR jacket. The cable has a bending radius of 13.5 mm when fixed and 27 mm when mobile.
