The Baumer FZAM 30P5002 10215003 is an intensity difference sensor with a sensing distance ranging from 300 to 1500 mm. It features a flashing light indicator for alignment or soiled lens detection, and a yellow LED light indicator. Sensitivity can be adjusted via a 15-turn potentiometer. The sensor uses a pulsed infrared diode with a wavelength of 880 nm and boasts a quick response time of less than 2.5 ms. It operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a typical current consumption of 50 mA and a maximum of 60 mA. The output function can be set to light or dark operate, and it includes a PNP output circuit with a maximum output current of 100 mA.
