The Baumer IF08.D03L-Q25.UA1E.7VCU is a quasi-flush mounted sensor with linearized output, designed for precise distance measurement ranging from 0 to 3 mm. It offers high sensitivity at 3.33 V/mm and boasts excellent resolution, with static resolution less than 0.003 mm and dynamic resolution varying with distance. The sensor ensures repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm and features external teach-in adjustment for ease of use. It maintains linearity with an error margin of ± 15 µm up to 2 mm and ± 90 µm up to 3 mm, and experiences minimal temperature drift. The response time is less than 2 ms, ensuring quick feedback.
