The Baumer IFBR 06P13T1/S14L-9 11014574 is a non-flush, hygienic design proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 3 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and is equipped with multiple approvals and certificates including Ecolab, EHEDG, and various FDA and EC regulations, making it suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications. The sensor operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz and has a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC. It consumes a maximum of 10 mA with no load and offers a PNP make function (NO) output circuit. The voltage drop is less than 2 VDC, and it can handle an output current of 200 mA, reducing to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's cylindrical smooth design is made from LCP for the sensing face and stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) for the housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. It measures 6.5 mm in diameter and 55 mm in housing length, with an M12 connector type. The operating temperature ranges from -40 to +80 °C, and it can withstand cleaning temperatures between 80 and 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly protected with an IP 68/69K rating and proTect+ sealing, enhancing its reliability in wet and dusty conditions.
