Description
The Baumer IFBR 11N13T1/S14L-9 11014598 is a non-flush, hygienic design proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 6 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 1 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. The sensor offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical smooth design is made from LCP for the sensing face and stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) for the housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. The sensor has a dimension of 11 mm in diameter and a housing length of 60 mm, with an M12 connector type. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C and can withstand cleaning temperatures of 80 to +100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly protected with an IP 68/69K rating and proTect+ sealing, making it suitable for demanding applications. It meets various regulatory approvals, including Ecolab, EHEDG, and multiple FDA and EC regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
