Description
The Baumer IFBR 11P13T1/S14L-9 11014595 is a non-flush, hygienic design proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 6 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and is equipped with a PNP make function (NO) output circuit. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's cylindrical smooth design is made from LCP for the sensing face and stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) for the housing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. It has a diameter of 11 mm and a length of 60 mm, and connects via an M12 connector. The operating temperature range is -40 to +80 °C, with a higher cleaning temperature tolerance of 80 to +100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly protected with an IP 68/69K rating and proTect+ sealing, making it suitable for stringent hygienic applications. It meets various regulatory approvals, including Ecolab, EHEDG, and multiple FDA and EC regulations.
