The Baumer IFBR 11P37T1/L-9 11014609 is a flush-mounted, hygienic design proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 4 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and is equipped with multiple approvals and certificates including Ecolab, EHEDG, and various EC and EU regulations, as well as FDA compliance for food contact. The sensor operates at a switching frequency of 1 kHz and has a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC. It consumes a maximum of 10 mA with no load and has a PNP break function (NC) output circuit. The output current is 200 mA, reducing to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's cylindrical smooth design uses LCP for the sensing face and stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) for the housing, measuring 11 mm in diameter and 54 mm in length.
