Description

The Baumer IFBR 11P37T1/S14L-9 11014592 is a flush-mounted, hygienic design proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 4 mm and adjustable hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and is equipped with a PNP break function (NC) output circuit. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to under 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is designed with a cylindrical smooth stainless steel housing (1.4404/V4A) and an LCP sensing face. The sensor has a diameter of 11 mm, a length of 60 mm, and connects via an M12 connector. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C and can withstand cleaning temperatures between 80 to 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly durable, rated IP 68/69K and proTect+, ensuring protection against dust, high-pressure water, and prolonged immersion under pressure. It meets various regulatory approvals, including Ecolab, EHEDG, and multiple FDA and EC regulations, making it suitable for applications requiring stringent hygiene standards.
