Description

The Baumer IFBR 17N13T1/S14L-9 11014606 is a non-flush, cylindrical smooth sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 500 Hz. The sensor is designed for hygienic applications, meeting standards such as Ecolab, EHEDG, and various EC and EU regulations, along with FDA requirements. It supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA, and an output circuit with NPN make function (NO). The voltage drop is less than 2 VDC, and it can handle an output current of 200 mA, reducing to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LSR, with an LCP sensing face, and it connects via an M12 connector. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C and can withstand cleaning temperatures of 80 to 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day.
