Description
The Baumer IFFM 08P17A1/O1S35L 10157209 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a hysteresis range of 3 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA when no load is present. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. Enhanced with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a rectangular, die-cast zinc nickel-plated housing and a PBT sensing face. It measures 8 mm in dimension with a housing length of 45.9 mm and connects via an M8 connector. Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25 to +75 °C, it is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress.
