Description
The Baumer IFRM 05N17A1/PL 11082476 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.6 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is designed for a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, consuming a maximum of 12 mA with no load. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit, supports an output current of 100 mA, and has a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is built with an LCP sensing face and a stainless steel housing, measuring 5 mm in diameter and 25 mm in length. It connects via a 2-meter cable and requires a maximum tightening torque of 2 Nm. Suitable for operating temperatures from -25 to +75 °C, it is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress.
