Description
The Baumer IFRM 05P15A1/KS35PL 10159692 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2% and 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA when unloaded. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. Enhanced with both short circuit and reverse polarity protection, it is built from stainless steel with an LCP sensing face. The dimensions include a 5 mm diameter and a 25 mm housing length, and it connects via a flylead connector M8, L=200 mm. It can be tightened with a maximum torque of 2 Nm (Front: 1.4 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
