Description
The Baumer IFRM 05P15A3/KS35PL 10160290 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1 mm and adjustable hysteresis of 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is built with an LCP sensing face and a stainless steel housing, measuring 5 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length. It connects via a flylead connector M8, L=200 mm, and requires a maximum tightening torque of 2 Nm. The operating temperature range is -25 to +75 °C, and it is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and water ingress.
