Description
The Baumer IFRM 05P37A3/PL 11082463 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.6 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA when unloaded. It includes a PNP break function (NC) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. Enhanced with both short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded housing made of stainless steel and an LCP sensing face. Dimensions include a 5 mm diameter and a 20 mm housing length, and it connects via a 2-meter cable. The sensor can be tightened with a maximum torque of 2 Nm (1.4 Nm at the front) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. It is rated with an IP 67 protection class for robust performance in challenging environments.
