The Baumer IFRM 08N3703/S14L 10229417 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a hysteresis range of 3 to 20% of Sr. It features a 3-port LED red output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA with no load. It includes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. Enhanced with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded body, made from stainless steel with a PBT sensing face. It measures 8 mm in diameter and 50 mm in housing length, and connects via an M12 connector. The sensor can be tightened with a maximum torque of 10 Nm (Front: 7 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. It is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and immersion.
