The Baumer IFRM 08N37A5/S35L 10142607 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a hysteresis of 3 to 20% of Sr. It features a 3-port LED red output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA with no load. It includes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. Enhanced with both short circuit and reverse polarity protection, it is built from PBT for the sensing face and stainless steel for the housing. The sensor measures 8 mm in diameter and 28 mm in housing length, and it connects via an M8 connector. It can be tightened with a maximum torque of 10 Nm (Front: 7 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
